After completing his graduation, he joined Vivekanand Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management (VIHTM) as a Lecturer in the year 2012. Then in the year 2014, he became a Senior Lecturer and in 2016, he was promoted to Assistant Professor. In 2017,  he left VIHTM and with the help of a financer, opened an Institute of Management named as BIMS – Bikaner Institute of Management and Sciences in Bikaner. He is working there as an Assistant Professor teaching tourism and ancillary subjects. BIMS is very affordable and the fees are also much lesser than other management colleges. Mr. Jha’s main objective to open the institute was to help students who cannot afford the high course fees charged by most of the management institutes in our country.
