Vidyarambham is being performed during Vijaya Dasami

Vidyarambham is held under the leadership of Acharya Sasi Kammatteri, Head of Aarsh Vidya Peetam, Quilandy at Veda Vyasa Vidyalayam, Ulliyeri  premises on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadasami.

"Vidyarambham" is a start of learning when a child reaches the age of three years. On the tongue of the child letters "Hari Sri Ganapataye Namah Avignamastu" and all other alphabets are written with a piece of gold.
