Lakshya Programme was held on 10th April 2019 at Sharda Bal Niketan Nagaur. Career Counselling seminar was conducted in this school. The motive of Career counselling seminar was to brighten the future of the students and  hardwork is the key to success. This programme was attended by Sarvan Dugad, motivational speaker for class 9 to 12 students, Collector Dinesh Yadav appeared as a guest, Mohan Choudhary M.L.A. Around 400 students were benefitted from this seminar.
